❌CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY At Em’s Esthetics, your time is important—and so is mine! To keep everything running smoothly and fairly for all clients, please review the following policy: • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service fee. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! ⛈️WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions (such as snowstorms, ice, or hazardous travel), appointments may be rescheduled. I will reach out as soon as possible to notify you and assist with rebooking. If you feel unsafe traveling due to weather, please don’t hesitate to contact me — your well-being comes first! 💗
