CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
At Em’s Esthetics, your time is important—and so is mine! To keep everything running smoothly and fairly for all clients, please review the following policy:
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
